This part is composed by different phases:
- Elaboration of the association notary deed and statute and enroll to the Revenue office.
The articles of association will be elaborated so as to guarantee all the requirements needed for the achievement of tax accomodations; our firm will enroll the association in the Revenue Agency and will proceed with the request of the tax code;
Support for the accounting management of the association.
We can take care of the business accounting up to the yearly balance sheet.
- Consultancy on accounting and fiscal issues.
- Enroll in the selected registers.
- Compilation and registration of the association’s fiscal data(EAS model), which has to be sent to the Revenue Agency within short time from the foundation.
- Elaboration and sending of fiscal statement
